Crappy voucher system
Their awful voucher and refund policy made me pay much more than I should for tickets. Don’t use it.
App does not display all tickets
We bought 4 tickets in two batches and the app only displays one of the batches. Pretty bad for an app to fail on such a fundamental thing. Adding to the problem Fever has no support to contact. So we can prove we bought the tickets using the credit card statements and we can print the tickets using the confirmation email but the App itself is useless so it will be deleted after the event.
De Stjæler dine penge ved fejlkøb
Super ringe og løgnagtige. Jeg laver et fejlkøb, hvortil de så selv skriver at jeg godt kan få pengene tilbage. Derefter siger de at det kan jeg ikke alligevel uden årsag for dette. Hvis man køber billetter til 1000kr, men ikke vil have dem, så får man en voucher på 1000kr, men man kan ikke få pengene. Hvis du så vil have nogle billegere billetter til 400kr, så kan du godt bruge voucheren, men du mister de resterende 600kr, og det er der intet at gøre ved åbenbart... Så vanvittigt usselt, og de køre efter andre regler da de er udenlanske trods billetterne er til et dansk show i købehavn. ALDRIG brug dem.
Overpriced “experienses”
To little for a big price 3 time trying the “experience “ First, only and last time ! Bye bye fever - not worth the time and storage on my phone
Dark patterns overload
Dark patterns from beginning to end. Instead of sending you a pdf or picture of your tickets they are forcing you to download an app. The app is poorly coded for small devices (iPhone SE). Annoying interrupting notifications. Took screenshots of the tickets QR and was met a notification about “new way” of sharing with my friend which is of sending them a ticket and guess making them install the same annoying app! Terrible user journey - hire some UXers and ditch the bad practices.
