Got app to buy tickets. Used only once. After that, this has been totally useless. While app itself is ok (functionality) to buy that one time. Fact is that most likely you don’t have need for this after that. Finland has way better apps for events. Will delete and choose better one. :)

Customer service fails to deliver
We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.
No refund for unreceived ticket
I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.
