Suffers Screen freezes, locks app, back to start again all the flight details and hoops to jump Pop ups in any app are awful Phone number country code selection pull down menu / changing it is a fail. Why can’t a member register or join to remember details, just login, preventing all the form filling ? Especially when app fails, have to start again!

It is not user-friendly. I can only check-in using the app IF I had bought the ticket using the App. But, there are many times I buy my tickets online using my desktop which means I cannot check in using the App. MAB allows for App check in even if the ticket was booked elsewhere. Take a look at the dialogue box when one tries to check in online: "You have no flight record. Please BOOKING your flight to proceed".

This app is terrible - not useful at all!

By far the easiest apps to use . Very straight forward from bookings all the way to payment and confirmation .

Tried a few times due to payment hang and everytime this happened price increased!!! Maybe purposely done to get more money from passengers or bad payment gateway but IT Department not proactive?

tried checking in for my flight (I still have over 20 hours left for check-in) that I booked via Malaysia Airlines via codeshare. However, the app kept saying that there's no itinerary record of the confirmation code. Ended up using the website and guess what? I managed to check in successfully and had little issues lol I thought using the app would be more convenient but maybe something went wrong somewhere 🫤

Use mobile phone only successful

Good app but can be better in terms of storing booking in app even when purchasing via fireflyz website. To offer lounge purchase as well during manage booking.
