Cannot add details of upcoming flights booked through another way. Payment for changes to seats not working. Payment did not go through even though authentication pin no keyed in. Tried twice

FAIL
When opening the app, the only option is to update, which then sends you to the App Store for an update, which is not available!!! Karuvale. Now I’m not able to book now check my booked flights!?!!!
Needs milestone update
The app needs a MAJOR update. I mean look at the other airlines apps. This app always makes me feel im still in 2006. Please update the app completely and have the flights that are booked available when using the same email to login and book.
Worse app ever!
Open the app, it said please update. When you click update, it goes to the App Store to exactly the same app. It’s just go on in cycle. Hopeless app.
Update Firefly App
iOS App does not seemed to work after updating. Please look into it.

By far the easiest apps to use . Very straight forward from bookings all the way to payment and confirmation .
Payment Hang and Then Price Increased
Tried a few times due to payment hang and everytime this happened price increased!!! Maybe purposely done to get more money from passengers or bad payment gateway but IT Department not proactive?
