Worst bank app

Worst banking app ever. I forbid this bank. Retrieve my 200k failed transaction

Terrible App

The app is buggy, lots of failed transactions, user interface is poorly designed with limited features compared to other banks. I can’t believe this is what the almighty First Bank has to offer. All round bad!

The mobile app suck🙈🙈🙈

It has never been good idea when using the mobile app for transactions,it will frustrate you at the last minute.

Transfer error

Please why can’t do transfer through out yesterday and also I still have a leader balance of 10.000$ can you help me fix this out?

Needs to be improved

This is worst banking app I have ever seen. It is not intended to work for those without banking cards. You cannot register without a Naira MasterCard or Verve card. The developers should be informed that there are customers with accounts numbers but without banking cards.

Worst app ever

This new update is screwed. Make you login from scratch and doesn’t even remember your password or former login details. Transferring money is impossible. I think this app should not exist because it’s as useless as the banking company. There customer service is non existent both in the bank and on the app.

Account issue

Hello, please first Bank manager or who ever can help me out, every since you updated your vision, I have not be able to do transfer with my account it keeps pooping up word “Account Scheme and can not be use for transaction” please l need my account to be fix as soon as possible thank you!

Worst mobile app in Africa

Worst mobile app in Africa , not stable and always showing error messages.

Update always makes things worse!

Anytime there is an update with this app everything get screwed up! Can you please stop this updating thing? Or better still get things right before asking customers to update? It’s really frustrating when one has to always go through issues of logging in whenever there is an update!
