ADHD Symptom Improvement?
I feel like this app has been very thoughtfully and carefully designed and developed. I started using it at around the same time I started supplementing omega levels with Krill oil capsules. All I know is that my lifelong ADHD symptoms have significantly alleviated since using this app almost daily. I have the most sustained mental focus, motivation and memory recall that I can ever remember experiencing in adulthood. Even mundane tasks are feeling more rewarding lately. Only downside is the same voice is used on all the content. For me, it’s way too syrupy and very cringey much of the time. It honestly sounds quite insincere and this is really unfortunate. I stuck with it initially because I am a practicing cognitive behavioural therapist and I know that the scientific basis of the session content itself is basically sound, it’s the delivery that’s somewhat off-putting (especially for non-US users, I’d say). Otherwise - one of the most useful apps I’ve ever discovered. Hey-ho, give it a go?
