They make you pay 6,500 AED for a one time payment fee and upgrade their features every month and some features you can't use unless you pay extra. 6,500 if they give you face to face training but they dont prioritize you, they'll give you a 30 min training and leave. I suggest to get the 5,000 AED package you'll learn everything online. They say customer service is always available, they reply days later with information that isnt even useful. Their system always has bugs and reports are not accurate. Account managers are also confused when we question the bugs on the system. If client's cancel on you and you cancel on the system they will charge you client fees. Under your account, even if it isnt your fault. Such a waste of money, theyre good with selling their application but don't care about customers after paying. Better to opt for Zenoti or other applications. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have been using Fresha for my business in the past 3 years and it keeps getting worse every single month, first of all you can download the ap for free as everyone mentions that Fresha is free, and suddenly and after 3 months of free use I had someone coming from nowhere jumping in my place asking me to pay for it otherwise they will stop it, it was called Onboard fees which I don’t know where it came from, next every time they are reducing the availability of the access you have for reports and all and make it payed! Than lately they have removed the allowance of messages clients received while booking, it was already reduced before but now it’s reduced to 70 message only!!!!!!!!!! Also I have requested one of the team to pass by the shop to help us whith better understanding few things and they refused ! They said assistance should be done only through phone ! So basically they only want to take money from you at any coast!
Guys, be very careful with hidden fees!!! Sometimes it’s 50% from service and they can’t explain properly why and never return to you !

We own 2 shops in dubia working with fresha All your Lebanes or I don’t know from where staff are careless they sell words , everyday you contact them they say I will call you tomorrow, such a bad team for an amazing app
When you start use the application they will charge a lot for nothing
Lebanese noisy team in UAE which not helpfull at all, never replay to any email, never follow up not pick up any call, Not follow any mistake they did Pls guys in UAE when you use fresha dont expect any help from the noisy Lebanese team.
Its very bad solution for your salon Bad customer service They have full access to your account They can sale your customer data and they do already Every few month they close the system and asking for new fees If you dont add your debit card you cant have Full access to your software and they can direct debit from your account the new fees ( when you buy the S/W they said one time payment only 😀
In UAE you guys the worse customer service ever I experience
