2 tips for an easy use : To change the way gatwick -> Victoria to Victoria -> Gatwick you have to do it first on the welcome screen and a second Time on the booking process screen. To have your ticket on the app, you have to register before booking.

You buy tickets on the app but you can’t have access to them on the app, and there’s no possibility to change the way of the train from Gatwick to Victoria which makes the app completely useless...

Why isn’t it obvious to the App designer that the homepage should show a ticket search and/or purchased tickets? Instead the entire page is a link to X (Twitter), and navigating to search or tickets is a tiny little button somewhere hard to find, and the process is not at all intuitive. It defies belief. And are they even paying attention to these reviews!?

When you take 10 minutes to download the app, set-up your account then order tickets, only for the transaction to fail for no apparent reason (I bought plenty of other things today with that card) you know you have a crapp app

What use is this app if you can’t tell what time the trains leave? They only run every half hour so getting it wrong can make a huge difference. Utterly useless.
