Don’t bother to download this piece of “software”. It keeps crashing. App Store should have just delete it and probably even ban this developer from their platform for not being reliable… Reliability should be one of the main Apple selling points☝🏼

I never got my tickets but GE fullfilled the transaction and took my money. Quite a job to get my money back

Do not use this app. It never send ticket details in time for your trip. I have tried it twice now and ticket details are not received until long after I’ve had to go through the ticket machines so I’ve ended up having to purchase new tickets. SCAM

It says please upgrade your up and starts the spinning wheel of death. There is no update of the app available.

WHAT is the point of this app? It’s a real question. What does this app add in comparison to booking through the website? It doesn't save me time. It’s not a pleasant experience. First of all, the app does not remember my card details. So every time I purchase a ticket I have to put my card details, address, name, phone number etc. Isn’t the whole point of an app to remember this kind of stuff to speed up the process? And then secondly, you can’t view your ticket in the app?! (Or maybe you can’t but I can’t figure out how). You can simply buy the ticket in the app but then you need to navigate yourself to your email, download an open a PDF file, to see your ticket. If you come from outside EU this can be an expensive experience. And so unnecessary. Seriously Gatwick train people. This app doesn’t add anything to this world. Doesn’t save you time. Doesn’t make things simpler.

Why isn’t it obvious to the App designer that the homepage should show a ticket search and/or purchased tickets? Instead the entire page is a link to X (Twitter), and navigating to search or tickets is a tiny little button somewhere hard to find, and the process is not at all intuitive. It defies belief. And are they even paying attention to these reviews!?

When you take 10 minutes to download the app, set-up your account then order tickets, only for the transaction to fail for no apparent reason (I bought plenty of other things today with that card) you know you have a crapp app

What use is this app if you can’t tell what time the trains leave? They only run every half hour so getting it wrong can make a huge difference. Utterly useless.
