awful design, huge problems with text fonts and overall text layout

this app absolutely doesn’t work on my iphone 10???? please rewrite this useless app or remove it? it is a shame for a respectable hotel chain to use this cheap labor app for the customers

I updated the app last night. Since that, the app just freezes showing the welcoming screen

make the application in Russian language!!!

Th app isn’t bad, but you can’t book many properties through the app, you have to go directly to the site of the partner hotel. Also, I couldn’t seem to use an Amex card (I tried two) to confirm my reservation on the app either, but Visa worked fine.

I logged in on the website then downloaded app tried to log in and set up app error msg would my let me login or set up my username. Deleted it!

This app plain sucks as done the loyalty program. Points never show up, via Omer service never responds. Run away!

Biggest issue is trying to figure out how to spend rewards $. I can’t tell which ones can be redeemed as a non staying guest. Very frustrating.

I have booked 4 different accommodations and none are stored. When I enter the reservation number for 1 it appears but it is not stored. The other 3 confirmation numbers tell me that my booking does not exist yet it is confirmed on the hotels computer system
