GHA DISCOVERY

With the calendar export function, when toggling on full-day event, it wrongly preselects one day only (day of arrival) instead of two/multiple days (days from arrival to departure). Also, it is only possible to export to the calendar during the booking process, not when pulling up the reservation later. As you can see, even after years of development, the most basic features don’t work correctly or are missing. If I were GHA, I’d completely replace my entire dev team.

I used it on my mobile phone and it was fast and clearly structured..

It needs always my card. I understand for security reason but Apple Pay is secure as well.

Just booked my stay in an Anantara NH hotel. If I try to add the booking via the GHA app it won’t find the booking.

Disaster app - waiting time endless. Completely useless

This app is a disaster, very long time to load and after latest update you can use it only by daylight!

I have had 7 nights at Oaks (Minor) Hotels Australia in the last 2 weeks but my Titanium Status and Membership is not connected to bookings. I normally receive a bottle of wine for stays but received no welcome gift for any stays over the last 4 stays and 9 nights.

Biggest issue is trying to figure out how to spend rewards $. I can’t tell which ones can be redeemed as a non staying guest. Very frustrating.

I have booked 4 different accommodations and none are stored. When I enter the reservation number for 1 it appears but it is not stored. The other 3 confirmation numbers tell me that my booking does not exist yet it is confirmed on the hotels computer system
