I have tried using 2 IPhone and my Ipad for making the booking through Apps. Unfortunately, after entering my credit card detail. The Term and Condition messages and the tick box never show up. In the end, I can’t click on confirm button for my booking. 3 of my friends account no issue. Even when they used my 2 IPhone and Ipad and login to make the booking. My plan is to stay on this Saturday 22 Nov 2024. Want to know what happen on my account. My browser is working and Cloudflare is working. But GHA Discovery Host error. Kindly assist and revert back to me soonest.

was working fine but locked me out of the app one day. reset password doesnt send any link to email (checked spam folder). support is non-existent no replies after sending multiple emails. can login on a desktop just fine but the app is giving issues

Simple and efficient

Status progress is no longer visible. Recent stays and rewards history is also not reflected accurately.

It was good. Until last week——— you just can’t PAY on the app, with any cards—— the app will keep showing invalid card. we tried 10 cards (with other friends and their accounts together) and it’s still the same. I don’t know whether GHA removed master card or what, but I’m curious the payment system is broken and we’ve wrote to GHA, why is this still like this? No one wants to fix it lol?

Hi, I have given multiple feedback on the above and it has yet to be rectified. Each time I have to contact the hotel to inform them my payment choice. Haven gotten a response since. Samuel
