Way it’s on Portuguese and i cant change language??!

Tried to pay with my international card and the sistem declined many times as I am the owner of the card and the acount match’s my name, the sistem is so weak, still needs a long time to go

Although the App Store gives English and Spanish as language options there seems to be no means of changing from Portuguese in the app, which is bizarre for an airline presumably used to carrying visitors to Brazil.

I can’t reserve seats or add luggage or even complete the API. The website is shocking and the app far worse..😡

Maybe this app works for people who have a Brazilian cell phone number and ID, but if you have neither it just doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours struggling with the app but I’m giving up on GOL – I’ll book flights with LATAM instead!

No language options, fine but also refuses to let you book without CPF, website also useless but at least can select language. Not worth trying to use GOL if not local.

Levei mais de uma hora para comprar uma passagem pelo aplicativo. Muito ruim. Deveriam copiar aplicativos de outras empresas internacionais

This app isn’t even worth downloading, doesn’t work, you can’t check in online, best to check in at the airport check in counter

Unusable. Unable to add flights using reservation code. Very poor

It’s impossible to use the app for check in, it just doesn’t work, in a eternal loading screen. The app design and usability is poor and inconsistent and the overall user experience is a utterly joke
