Overall great service, the app is stable and easy to use, but there is one very annoying issue. When starting a ride the app is supposed to ask you if you want to pay 3e extra to reduce the deductible in the insurance. This is a great option, but it is never shown on my phone. The pop up (or whatever it should look like) is simply never shown and the car is unlocked straight away when I swipe that “Unlock” slider. So every time I pick a car I have to call the support, sometimes waiting for tens of minutes in the wind or rain of our beloved Nordic spring (😅), and every time they add this 3e extra insurance fee to my booking manually (kudos to them). Would be really-really great and appreciated to finally be able to enable this option just by myself (or maybe even enable it once for all the rides in the future).

11/10 for convenience and ease. And it’s great value.

More expensive than I initially thought but still very useful if you’re traveling within the zones where you can return the car. I would wish for the map of stations to have a function where for example if you write a destination it tells you where the closest station to that destination is; just makes things smoother; but other than that all was brilliant and had to call help center a few times and they quickly answered and were very helpful; so all in all great experience and will use them again!

The new app doesn’t work. Reserved cars won’t unlock, you can’t see the map, and although in theory you can have 20 mins free reservation time you can only select 15 or 30 minutes. A shame that they are killing the service with this and a general hike in charges and loss of the monthly subscription.

… Becaus eit is just impossible to delete old payment methods, update payment settings and force pay invoices. Every single time I use green mobility I have to go through the most annoying process to eb abel tonus wit again as my profile gets blocked after every single time. It is blocked as the app always tries to take money from some old card that I don’t have anymore, and so I can’t us the app until I get it sorted. However it is impossible to delete old methods, it is not clear how to set default methods and even when I do set the correct payment method it is still not possible to pay. I hate this app! it’s the absolute stupidest, iser unfriendly piece of garbage I have ever used.

The app only shows vehicles on the map, not what kind of vehicle it is. That is not very clever, to say it nicely. If you’re looking for a certain type of vehicle, good luck. The app will show you the nearest 20 or so vehicles, nothing more. Then you go to the map and start looking at random. Sometimes, you press one vehicle to see which one it is, only for the map to zoom in and reveal it was actually 3-5 vehicles parked close together. And you can’t see what a certain vehicle type costs without finding one first. Ok, let’s say you finally found what you’re looking for or decided to rent one of those annoyingly humming Zoe cars. What does it cost if you’re not paying a whopping 5.50 DKK per minute? Oh, you need to buy an hour package FIRST… I hope the developer was cheap because the result is absurdly poor.
