Fantastic app for everyday routine
What can I say about Hapday? This app significantly changes your life. It has a lot of practice for your physical and mental health. The most important thing is that you can find everything in this app: breathing, meditation, self-organization, and discipline to do your daily routine. I would say that Hapday is not about the application. It's more about lifestyle. Try it once, and you won't need any apps on your iPhone besides Hapday. Many thanks to the developers.
