Always tells me I am offline when I have internet and every other app works!

Why is the app always siting that my device is offline even though my is always online and working perfectly fine?

For some reason your app has stopped working on a 4g or 5g network even when I have good service and all of my others apps open and work normally. I have mobile data turned on for your app and yet it still says I am offline. This makes it very difficult to purchase tickets last minute having to wait to join napinki WiFi to then purchase a ticket.

Every time I attempt to buy tickets via the app it says I am offline which is untrue as all other apps work perfectly.

The app has suddenly developed an issue whereby it doesn’t function when using data. Once connected to WiFi, it works. But whenever using data, no part of the app functions. Customer services just claim that everything is working fine when contacted though X. Sort this out as it’s incredibly frustrating and plenty of people have the same issue.

The app doesn’t work anymore always get an error message telling me I’m offline when I’m not.

Have tried to use the app over several months now. When going to “pay”, nothing happens. Even the staff at Paddington know this is a problem!

App lags and always says offline

For the last few days the app has not been responding , I keep getting server errors. Can’t access the selling flow, or login, or timetable. Get errors. Have tried re-installing it and the problem persists.

Tried to set up account - app will not accept email address as valid ( note no other app todate has this problem with my gmail account)
