Help Scout

Help Scout is a REALLY good tool, the best I’ve tested so far, both client and user sides. Better than big companies’ ones, without any hesitation. The iOS app is great for responding emails but I excepted the chat to be implemented too. That’s not the case right now, sad. Please consider adding chat to your app, you’d have the best world’s solution.

While this has been requested a year ago. As of today we can’t still start a chat thru the app. So here comes a bad review for not listening to your customers and not actively working on something important...

L’application est presque parfaite. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas directement répondre aux demandes de chat dans l’application.

Being able to manage the chat through the app would be very useful. I would like to get the chat’s messages on the go and set my chat status

It's good to finally have an app for HelpScout but for the moment I've seen it crash more often than work correctly...

It’s very barebones, missing a lot of the features I need. Also is buggy and needs to be deleted and reinstalled periodically.

The app is simply inadequate - it is buggy, doesn’t offer many features (including viewing or handling chat) and generally is not reliable. A big disappointment and reason to select another tool. They are fortunate the product is sticky because the cost of changing is very high.

I manage a company that Does some product making and selling and we use HelpScout! What I don't like Is the fact We have to use the sight for setting management. Please put the features of the Settings manager and please put them in the app. Thank you

The Home Screen with the inboxes needs to be better utilized. It’s really not useful and annoying. No Apple Watch app. No dark mode.

Edit 2: never mind, the malformed JSON bug is back again. This is getting ridiculous. I can’t even send messages. Edit: previous issues fixed The app mostly works, but recent updates kept breaking login and reply functionality. Hopefully the app will be more stable in the future.
