HSBC for EG, PH, SL

The app is garbage. Most importantly, missing digital secure ID, missing Face ID and ton of other features. App is not up to hsbc global standards.

What are you waiting for to support Face ID?

Starting with the obvious , every other country HSBC App have a designated country naming convention except for Egypt (HSBC Oman , UAE , UK , AU) . Just to highlight why this matters , on to the next point . This application version looks like its the 90’s all over again . Super out of date and again has nothing to do with the other HSBC apps now available in other markets . Very cumbersome and slow to use , which begs the question is HSBC egypt not compliant with HSBC global ? Or is it not worth dedicating resources to fix the app in one of the very important African markets for HSBC ?

Wort mobile banking app I have used so far. This is lacking lot of key features that other banks provide. Really need HSBC to revisit the app and make improvements before it’s too late.

A big failure for HSBC, it does nothing … Egypt is very advanced in financial apps & wallets … you really need to revamp … look to your other countries apps, learn from other HSBC in other countries :( Sad

Really useless app compared to HSBC in other countries like UAE. Needs more power and features, like face id logins and more friendly interface Try to get out of this secure key and use an app keys

Totally useless !!! Last update 8 months ago and when trying to open the app, it is stuck…

As an HSBC expat customer it’s unacceptable to have such a dated barely working app. The migration to a new and modern app is necessary immediately!! Completely unacceptable and horrible experience!

This is a complete disaster and to be honest not much better than HSBC Dubai service in general. App has zero functionality. Closing all accounts at the end of the month as tired of bank thinking they can restrict me from using my own cash and/or making it overly complicated. Tried to do payment online was asked to generate security pin- didn’t work as there was no such option to begin with so just got blocked out for all online banking services. Brilliant.
