I wish there is 0 start rating. Worest banking app ever

This app is very bad and never gets updated. It’s useless. I don’t understand why the bank didn’t make a better app. I’m using Instapay instead.

This is one of the worst digital banking apps I’ve ever seen. It’s outdated, lacks face ID, and the interface is reminiscent of Windows XP. Even the credit card information is not visible. Why is the Philippines app so inferior compared to other regions’ HSBC digital banking apps? It’s high time HSBC upgraded this app. If it doesn’t, I’m planning to close my account with HSBC.

Is not give any support just to check your balance

I pressed update all and this app shouldn’t be in my list please solve

The most user-unfriendly banking app I have used. The chat support function is also not useful.. the live agents are even dumber than the bots.

They makes simple to complex, complex to impossible！ They need to hire better developer!

Please fix it. What’s the use of the app if we have to go to the ATM?

Whoever develops this mobile app must be an idiot. I am downloading the app to generate security code，the app asks me to install the us app and the us app says I have to us this app to generate the code，what am I supposed to do？？？
