I pressed update all and this app shouldn’t be in my list please solve

The most user-unfriendly banking app I have used. The chat support function is also not useful.. the live agents are even dumber than the bots.

They makes simple to complex, complex to impossible！ They need to hire better developer!

Please fix it. What’s the use of the app if we have to go to the ATM?

Whoever develops this mobile app must be an idiot. I am downloading the app to generate security code，the app asks me to install the us app and the us app says I have to us this app to generate the code，what am I supposed to do？？？

They manage to take a bad app and make it worse. The team behind this need to be fired. There is no way they tested this disaster with humans before releasing it. Also, ever heard of password managers???? Thank you for making it impossible to use a secure password for my banking app. Way to go. I get angry just thinking about the fact I will need to use it. Unbelievable….

App is bad in not allowing domestic bank transfer through app still relying on hard token which consume time unlike other banks.

With the latest release mobile deposit no longer works. It keeps throwing an error message saying to move the check to a dark background and to fill the frame, both of which I’ve done. Made 57 attempts to deposit a (fresh, clearly readable machine printed) check and finally gave up and went to an atm to deposit.

Doesn’t even warrant a star. This app is the worst. If we didn’t need this bank for international transactions we would close our account. The security is almost impossible to get through not to mention once you get in, there are hardly any options to do anything. I have never been so frustrated trying to do online banking.
