Плохой сервис
Ужасное приложение. Магазины постоянно недовозят продукты, поддержка не нормально обрабатывает обращения, пишу весь день по заказу, нет ответа, невозможно посмотреть историю переписки, никакого контроля!
The worst delivery service what you can have
When you have a order and after 2,5 hours of waiting and trying to call to thry support you will try cancel you order but they can’t do it. And they will call you and tell why they can’t cancel you order. They don’t think about client. No recommend to use this service
Bad app
No control, app is not developed good, same problems every time with missing orders, I one bill can be 5-6 missing items always!!!

Actually I’ve order product here 2times, from the same supermarket”Choithrams” in Dubai Marina.From this shop to my house 5-10 minutes by walk,2 mins with bike. First time I order food,and except of promised 60 mins waited 85 mins ,then I report about it and got email with “sorry,we are working hard” and yesterday when I order second time was exactly the same problem,I report second Time and got exactly the same email “sorry,we are working hard to inprove” So I’d never recommend this service which charged me for delivery and late every time.Better just call to shop and take free delivery by supermarket, or you come to shop pick what you need, pay and in 30-60 mins they will bring your order.Never upload this service

Everything is so espensive than the actual price in market.

This has to be the worst grocery delivery app to ever exist, specially in the UAE. Atrocious & utter bs, period.

Really nice initiative of bringing virtual supermarket. Service & accuracy is really good. Need to add following points to improve more user loyalty & coverage; 1. Need to provide price comparison of same product in different super markets, it would add more consumer coverage 2. Service charges are very nominal, which indeed help consumer to be order via instashop, we are afraid whether is it sustainable or not? instashop try to negotiate with distributor or manufacturer & get things in bulk so that it would be still cheaper as didn’t need to pay rentals & other overheads, able to retain long term
