The worst app ever! Have to delete and reregister credit card each time you want to buy a ticket. Completely hopeless system and no service.

Great app, I guess the issues mentioned by the other reviews have been resolved. Adding a non-Icelandic credit card worked like a charm.

Cant but tickets, with no error messages. Cant add cards eternal loading spinner, no error messages. Ended up just not paying for the bus fare

Icelandic: Margir gallar hér: Ekki mögulegt að nota erlent greiðslukort, engin augljós yfirsýn yfir mögulega greiðslumáta, óljóst hvort það er nauðsynlegt að hafa prófíl á klappid.is eða hvort það á að duga að hafa appið. Breytir engu þar sem ég náði aldrei að kaupa miða og tók bara leigubíl. English: Unusable app that apparently does not accept foreign credit cards (at least not norwegian ones); it offers no further guidance/ oversight over payment methods, does not make clear whether or not a profile on klappid .is is mandatory; it is not available in any other language than icelandic. I wound up just taking a taxi.

Glitchy, hard to navigate and actually laughable they paid millions to switch over to this

Á sirka mánaðar fresti hendir þetta forriti mér af reikningum mínum og það er bara mikið vesen að skrá sig aftur inn skil ekki afhverju það var skipt út gamla appinu í þetta

ég hef reynt í marga daga að kaupa mánaðarkort án árangurs. Það er alltaf einhver samskiptavilla og ég hef skráð kreditkortið mitt margoft án árangurs
