Like all the other 1 star reviews have stated, the app is extremely slow to refresh. Plus there are no alerts when the moon roof is left open on a 2024 ES. Not a good look, Lexus.

The worst Car application ever

Started out as good. Now it’s stuck in lah lah land. Please fix this horrible app.

I have been using this app for a year, (my apologies, let me correct myself,I have been TRYING to use this app for a year, because 90% of the time did not work) I can conclude this app is absolutely garbage. Wasted me not hours but days or maybe even weeks of my time.

This is me again, just wanted to add some details if this ever got read by the app developer. It seems that the problems is they key connect and disconnect constiously. Can’t lock or unlock the car, the button to do so also disappear non stop. I even tried with the apple watch, can’t see the tank level, nor any button to do anything. Sometimes it says that the digital key is connect, then it disappear. Im trying to start the car while doing all of this and it never work

There is just so much wrong with it. The digital key is terrible - and if the app drops it, it’s gone. I’ve reinstalled the app countless times on multiple iPhones… The Apple Watch app is horrible and is constantly signed out. And to top it off, the phone app also signs out all the time - for “security”. This may or may not result in the digital key failing. How is this so bad?

This apps should not be allowed to be used in the name of Lexus. I can’t give 0 star, but it’s not even worth the 0.

Takes you through a huge re-learning curve.. unnecessary and time wasting. Bring back the older version
