They forgot my baggage in other country and couldn’t deliver it for 4 days already And it’s also very hard to communicate with their customer service, they just do not answer me, so I didn’t know when they deliver my baggage

Can’t find changing currency (so I can’t understand the price - IDK how much goes for “IDR”) 🧐 No information about the luggage (included or not). So if it doesn’t - how can I prepay for it (‘cause as I remember, luggage right before departing costs much more). As a result - not useful app at all.

Quite taxing after add on menu, you cannot go backward to double check the booking detail especially passengers details

Untuk aplikasinya lumayan lah, tp kurang support utk proses refund. Utk kinerja layanan maskapai msh agak payah, seperti sbb: (1.) sering me-reschedule penerbangan shg kesannya kurang komitmen pd jadwal yg telah dipasarkan sebelumnya dan tentunya mengacaukan jadwal penumpang; (2.) terkesan tdk serius mengelola proses boarding, kadang sdh dipanggil boarding dan penumpang hrs naik bus ke pesawat ternyata bus nya belum siap; (3.) kurang bisa mengendalikan penumpang lain yg bawaan bagasi kabinnya berlebihan; (4.) pd bbrp bandara counter check in utk drop bagasi harus antri cukup lama; (5.) nomor telpon contact center nya selalu dalam kondisi sibuk dan komunikasi dgn chat WA nya agak bertele2;
