They forgot my baggage in other country and couldn’t deliver it for 4 days already And it’s also very hard to communicate with their customer service, they just do not answer me, so I didn’t know when they deliver my baggage

Can’t find changing currency (so I can’t understand the price - IDK how much goes for “IDR”) 🧐 No information about the luggage (included or not). So if it doesn’t - how can I prepay for it (‘cause as I remember, luggage right before departing costs much more). As a result - not useful app at all.

Impossible to pay. Go straight to the website or avoid the airline (preferred)

Muy mala experiencia con la compañia. Me cancelaron el vuelo y no me devolvieron el dinero ni me dieron otra solucion. Ademas habia contrato un seguro con ellos y no sirvio para nada.

Waste of time, no good for booking a flight..

App does not work properly. Could not make payment for flight. Payment button didn’t work. Really frustrating after filling out all our details several times. My touch screen works fine with other apps.
