Lucy & Yak

Love this brand and I’m happy they have an app. That said, the shopping experience is frustrating; you can filter by size, but not by what’s in stock. It’s a bummer to try and quick add so many things and find they are out of stock.

Lucy and Yak is like my soulmate! Everything I’ve ever wanted and all I’ve ever needed🥲 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING, EXPLORING WEBSITE IS SUPER EASY, AND OF COURSE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING! They look amazing and the quality is like no other! I never ever wanna get rid of my items 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Love the store but on the app you can’t filter by sizes. If you click on “Bottoms” you only see the different types of jeans and nothing else, like skirts, shorts, non-denim pants. Sizing also is slightly inconsistent across the pants, one size in black denim will be way too large and have bad gapping while that same size in the pane pant but blue denim will be so small I can’t zip them.

App is pretty good. Could be organized a little more intuitively, but functions well. For some reason, I don’t see the hip measurement column in the app size charts. (L&Y’s Web size charts display hip to right of waist column.) in the app, I am unable to scroll to the right where I’d expect them to be, it just pulls at the chart. So that’s a little weird. Overall, nice ad clean tho.

I absolutely love Lucy and yak clothing! But I’ve noticed some issues with the app itself. The most recent one that prompted this review is that the app has completely broke. Every time I try to click into a category it says there are no results. I’ve already tried restarting my phone and deleting/redownloading the app with no success. Some past problems that I’ve noticed is some items show up in the website but not on the app, and that the app is not great at updating listings when certain sizes get sold out (and thus crashes when you try to purchase something that is in reality sold out). Again I love their clothes, but I think there are some technical issues that need more attention

The app is fairly to use, my only complaint is that when they do restock the items that you want, they don’t notify you, so it feels like i have to check the app more often than i’d prefer.

I enjoy all of my Lucy&Yak clothing. Unique designs, super comfortable, and sustainably made. I’m 65 and love that I may wear fun clothing!

Lucy and Yak makes the absolute best and most comfortable hoodies ever. Thank goodness they brought them back into stock before fall! I also love their Bowie jumpsuit (so cute!) and their dungarees. Really just a fantastic company with great values, inclusive sizes, and cute clothes! 10 out of 10, they’re my go to!

I love Lucy and Yak and I’m excited to see the exclusive products that they’ve said will be available only in-app, however about half the time when I try to open the app, it just is stuck on the loading screen of the model in the green jumpsuit and the app never loads. On the time when it does load, the UI is pretty easy except one thing I’ve noticed is when you’re looking at your order history, if you try to open the tracking for an order, it won’t open in app. You have to hold down on the link to open it in your separate browser app. Would be better UX to be able to view your tracking in-app.
