Wow!
Am really enjoying this app so far! Eating is becoming a new and freeing thing for me and is great to think about if I’m actually full or if it’s something else driving me! I think I’ve been overeating due to stress and sadness and now I’ve slowed right down with eating intentionally and am feeling so much better for it! No longer tired during the day as my body needed food, which then stopped me eating so much at night :D Thank you so much for bringing me back to basics and taking the time showing me how to be mindful with my eating :)
