Please help me to understand why am I only seeing Journey, Today and Profile on my navbar. I did my purchase for the diet culture and I expected to see quizzes or something similar like exercises but it is only showing daily. I’m on my 13th day.
Amazing!
Normally I don’t write reviews, but this app really helped me a lot. It’s really helpful if you want to start intuitive eating and break the rules of diet culture.
Not working
The app has good and nicely presented content, but it hangs almost daily and I make no progress. Very unfortunate as the app really has potential, but if for 5 weeks the day doesn't progress, that's definitely a no-go and I want my money back.
Nice app but not for underweight people
I want to gain weight and not lose! The app focus on the usual weight loss. It is a very nice app, but not for me. Unfortunately. Please be more inclusive, I am uninstalling it.
Extremely helpful
I'm only on day 4, but already starting to notice my eating behaviors changing and how much better I feel. The entire app is great, I don't think there's been a single thing in there I didn't find massively helpful. If you struggle with diet culture and/or have an eating disorder, this app is for you.
The only thing I'd love for you to add would be a little notebook in the app, just so you can answer any journaling questions in the same place. I think that would be a great addition. Other than that, really great work! I think you're really making a difference with this app.

Amazing Content
This App surprised me so much, in the beginning by only watching the introduction video I felt that they completely understand what I am going through and I light have found a way of breaking this vicious diet circles I am in. The value is that the app teaches how to live healthy without being absurd and unrealistic and also touching a lot of the mental struggles that lay beyond eating disorders, it helps you make peace with your body, it helps you learn how to eat to feel better and have energy and without needing to spend hours just thinking about the next meal 😊😁 I can only recommend it, also support was super nice and helpful when I had problems and directly help in my issue.
This App is just a bless 🥹 I am grateful I found it, I am not a person who write reviews but this one really deserves a good one.

MEAL is a great deal!
I am a wellness coach and psychotherapist. My specialty is helping people value and love themselves more on their path to creating a better world. I sense kindred spirits in the creators of this app, and I am telling my clients about it every day.I love the visuals, beautiful pictures of food and people enjoying eating while they practice loving themselves., and the simple, practical applications of mindful awareness. I also appreciate your efforts to be inclusive and engage all kinds of learners. My one suggestion is to add interactive components like polls, quizzes, and art activities for self- reflection beyond journaling questions. Great free version to start with
This is a really great app when you're first starting to eat intuitively. It is truly an app designed by women for women. My only critique is that I wish you could put in more of your information so that you could skipp irrelevant days. Cycle tracking doesn't apply to me, for example.
