App Issues
Not working, says try again later and app assistance link not working
Can not load any information
I love the idea of this app. I downloaded the app and answered all the 'get to know me' question. After that, nothing loads for more information to get started with the program. When I try to contact the developers, no website can be found.
Unable to load content.
My dietitian recommended this app and said many people have had success using it. I answered all the questions and now it won’t load content. I thought it would correct it’s self but after 5 days it still won’t load. I’m very disappointed and I started looking for a new app. But I really hope the bug will be fixed soon.
Won’t load and no support
Downloaded and wouldn’t load. Tried support but page not found so I think this app is no longer.
Also doesn’t load
I don’t want to give this a bad review because I haven’t tried it yet, but much like other reviews, it’s stuck on the daily session!
Doesn’t load
Was excited to try this app but when I go through and answer all the questions, my daily session won’t load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it doesn’t help.
Won’t load daily or my journey
I really wanted to use this app. I liked the idea behind it but it won’t load so I can’t even begin.
i really wanted to like this app but
it just doesn’t load. period. i got through the intro and it asked me questions, but whenever i go to open the app, it just tells me that my daily session and all of my info (i haven’t even done anything in it) is unable to load. i restarted my phone and everything. i’m not sure what’s going on ?? i feel really sad because i had hope for this app but it just doesn’t work for me
Great app!
This is such a thoughtful and well organized app. My one recommendation is for someone to spell check some things. There are quite a few typos such as Zinc spelled Zink.
