Before APP upgrade to this version, my i-phone could connect to Dyson Purifier through Bluetooth with the absence of WIFI at my home, and I could use my iPhone and this Dyson APP as the remote control of Dyson Purifier. However, after APP upgrade to this version, I cannot connect to Dyson Purifier through Bluetooth with the absence of WIFI. And, there is no WIFI at my home. I can no longer use my iPhone and this Dyson APP as the remote control of Dyson Purifier. This was a downgraded APP experience which made me utterly disappointed. For me, the only useful function of this APP is being the remote control of Dyson Purifier (through Bluetooth with the absence of WIFI). However, I can no longer do so now. Please fix it asap. Thanks.

Light keeps turning off by itself with all auto functions deactivated

最近更新咗IOS之後，個app成日自動logout又要再login，但係成日login咗又彈返出去，都唔明咩原因，但有時打開又自動login返入去，會唔會係因為iOS update咗唔support個app，麻煩check吓。

HP03 連接失敗

I tried connecting my Dyson from my phone to my Dyson a few times and the Apple Watch app says I have to add it on my phone. Is this Apple Watch app only for the headphones ?

It keeps saying “sorry, we can’t connect to the Dyson network, we’re working to fix this, please try again later”. Not my internet’s problem since I can browse everything else just fine. Help

After update, nightmare in connecting the device. It only connects when the device is on, what a joke!

Always failed to connect with wifi even the fan is just next to the cell phone. Frustrated!
