myID - Australian Government

I have tried so many times to get on this app. I have phoned for help and told that the error message was odd and to try turning my phone off and on. There is nowhere to go face to face to sort it out. I need it to help my parents with their aged care account 🤬

Every time you need to verify a document it will log you out and make you start all over again.

Many people seem frustrated that the app is totally broken but it’s actually a security feature. There is no way anyone could spend hundreds of millions of dollars and this mess of doggy doo be a mistake. It can only be the work of genius. Hack proof.

Is this the best app the Australian Government can come up with for ID? They can’t be serious! Look at all of the reviews and do something about it.

Update the app and get locked out of the ATO, if this is the future for accessing gov services you need to be a IT specialist just to work it out. Looking forward to spending hours on the phone to a robot. Digital id is voluntary unless you wanna access the government services which you have no other way of being accessed without a digital id with no other option - Fail.

Trust our government to come up with a completely dysfunctional id app. Cannot upload Medicare or licence information without an error message, and the passport information I entered does not display. What a complete waste of my time!

I have updated app , across my devices also re done id. Now its asking for a app update with a circle effect . This is beyond a joke for such a high level organisation

Typical gov app- nothing works. Logs you out for an error every 2 seconds. Tells you your ID is wrong, finally works and then it still doesn’t help to do what it needs to do through a different gov app. How about actually using it before rolling it out and ensuring it actually works before wasting and frustrating everyone that needs to use this POS.

I can’t verify my visa through it making my strength only basic. On website it says I can, but in app doesn’t have an option. Useless!
