To upgrade the identity strength when I am trying to upload “Australian Visa” detail, its throwing Error code 45047 (422) ‘Unable to verify’ I have already tried these options for self help: - reset the app in settings>reset app - delete and reinstall the app Need help from support team to get it done..

Still a rubbish app. Will never let me verify my ids

When a user give his international passport details the strength turns to standard but to make ID strong the only option is to have Australian Passport. Which will never work. Person having international passport can never have an Australian passport.

The most frustrating part in MyGovID is the inability to upload my IDs to get a Standard ID strength. I uploaded my Passport, my birth certificate which has my maiden name. I am unable to upload the NSW Change In Name Certificate since MyGovID has not yet linked the NSW change in cert database yet. They have all other states except NSW. I rang them several times and I was told to wait and hope it gets updated soon. It's been 2 months and still it has not been updated. In order to set-up my Business portal as a director, I need to have Standard ID strength. All my GST lodgements are also pending as a result of this and I have to follow-up separately with ATO to get extension on our company lodgements. When MyGovID is still premature and not yet fully ready, why did they discontinue AusKey completely? Now I am completely stuck and not able to move forward. I hope someone looks into this and let me know when the NSW change in name cert will be accepted so I can complete my verification process. It's been several months already with no progress on this.

Redo everything every time. Not for secure, just for killing time right. Well now I couldn’t even use the app it has faulty every time I reopen it, even reinstall.

Illogical verification process and you’ll have to re do whole process if you’ll use past docs related another email: they can’t just merge it
