Face ID
Since the latest version of the app including the last two updates Face ID is not working!
Please fix it.
Now I can’t even log-in it tells me there is an update available, but there isn’t!
The update is now available but Face-ID is still not working and I have no option to activate it?
YES! with the latest update face-id is working again.
With the latest version after login the screen remains white and blank!
I am a preferred banker with OCBC Malaysia but even after contacting them two times about the problem I have had no reply.
Can’t even activate the flex account.

Not sure what happen to the app but now user not able to view their credit card transaction details anymore, and no maintenance or update since the past few weeks… so goodbye, OCBC banking app, you are bad case now.
Can’t view transaction history of cc
Previous old version can view the transaction history of the credit card, so that I can track my expenses, but after upgrading, the function no longer available. I can’t view my transaction history of my credit card anymore pre previous version have. It not as friendly as previous app anymore.
