Sluggish and Crash all the time
The app is so slow and sluggish The UX is very terrible Loan payment is not STP Loan payment always crash Your digital team need to buck up. I have no choice but to use this app...

Clunky and hard to use
You should fix your UX
Worst after update
Before update the apps still able to use Face ID and now this feature is not available. This really inconvenient for user like me who use Face ID. Update should be getting better instead of way back behind. Although the interface is nice but it’s quite lag and slow. Really dissatisfied with the new update and hopefully coming update you can enable Face ID
better improvement
finally the updates let you do more than just viewing balance. would like to be able to use with face ID. if your app does not update, try removing it and reinstall again.

Couldn't even get past login screen. Please look into this ASAP.
Add/Withdraw from Goal is being removed
With the new outlook, the feature of add/withdraw from goal is missing. Is very troublesome to log in from website to perform the actions. Old version is good, can be done via mobile app.
frustrating
with the new update, i cant find the save pot feature anymore. waste of time, their update made things more inconvenient now
