As banking apps go, this is the most useless app there is. I can only use it see how much I owe the bank. You would think with all the 1star reviews, they would improve it! The SG app is 5star rated ffs!!! For this app, I want to put ZERO stars but can’t. Right now (14/3/24) it is down again.

Not sure why I am not able to login the app, but can login via website. What’s the point having the app? But to make transactions via website need the token from app!! What nonsense is that?? Please fire all the app developer of yours as they are not competent enough to develop a functioning app. I need to reinstalled the app and here is the funniest part, I need to wait for another 12 hours for the activation.

totally not able to view details of the credit card usage, only showing outstanding...no point to login to the app. Unable to alert if any non authorised transactions..!!

The recent update is bad. I being charge for interest because of the app not able to show details of the card. The only thing it is able to show is one single total amount you owe!

I am having difficulty to activate my credit card as I couldn’t set the credit card expiration date from the drop down list stated in the banking apps . Please help to fix the bug .

login不进 急用到！

This has happened few times, out of no where my one token is said to be deactivated and asked to activate it. It’s been 8months I can’t use it. Now even online banking I can’t do anything as I need OTP from the app. This is not helping at all.

I want to check my credit card usage on 09/07/23. But I can’t login. Then I call customer hotline. They check for me, my account had no problem. Can proceed to login and will sent me a new OTP to login. If still cannot login please go bank counter to solve. I try few times still cannot login my apps. I go bank counter today 17/07/23. Bank staff check for me, they also verified my account has no issue, can login. But in the end I try login in front of OCBC STAFF also cannot login. Try changing password and user ID also no use. In final they told me, if you need to check any statement please come to bank counter or call customer service hotline. What the fxxk system is this.
