With the new outlook, the feature of add/withdraw from goal is missing. Is very troublesome to log in from website to perform the actions. Old version is good, can be done via mobile app.

with the new update, i cant find the save pot feature anymore. waste of time, their update made things more inconvenient now

Previously version was the best, as it will reflect the real time credit card usage amount whereby you can know how much you spent by credit card already. But with the recent update, it will not reflect and need to wait the transactions to be confirmed. To check the actual credit limit left have to go thru ocbc website to check. By checking the actual credit card usage amoont, we can manage better on our credit card usage. The latest version of the apps will mislead customers. They might think the amount reflected on the apps is the latest credit card usage. Then they might tend to spend more. Also, last time can check back previous transactions for at least 1 month, now it is limited checking. Please correct back for the credit card part to be like previous version!

OTP cannot be used

The new version short change the previous features that available before, not able to view and manage saving goals and the worst part is the total amount reflected not inclusive saving goals amount ( 1st thought where my money gone to). please bring back the saving goals function.

New version cannot add/withdraw $$ from savings goal.

How am I going to add and withdraw fund from saving goals? What a terrible update

Please immediately fix or update the app. Now the new version app cannot perform withdrawal money from Goal. What the point to put the money at the goal then?

App experience was good.

The new interface is sleek and much easier to navigate. Love it
