Omo: Healthy Weight Loss App

Do not fall for this scam! I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. I chose a $15 4-week plan and they charged me $70 CAD and I cannot get ahold of a single customer service member! Their emails are automated and useless. I’m trying to get my bank to cancel these fraudulent transactions and will be reporting this service as fraud. There’s no way millions of real people have actually enjoyed this bull and gotten their money’s worth, if they even consented to pay WHICH I DID NOT.

I was not satisfied with the app at all. They ask you to pay for a simple intermittent fasting app … no benefits added but claim that they will tailor a program for you to reach your goals. ITS A SIMPLE INTERMITTENT FASTING APP…. The free ones are more helpful than this useless app. DONT SUBSCRIBE just go get the free app instead. All those reviews they show during your questionnaire are FAKE. asked for a refund and the refused… I haven’t even used the app for 24hours.

They emailed me today quoting their Refund Policy after I tried to cancel 3 weeks ago. I attempted to cancel within 5 minutes of purchasing and it was so hard. As you can see they make it from all the other reviews here. Why do you think that is. I tried to explain their quiz sells the App as something completely different. When I tried to tell them that they emailed their policy! I just don’t want others to lose their money. This is a horrible company. It’s literally a food tracking app. Like all the ones I get for free. My Fitness Pal is the best.. used for years and it’s free!! You advertise 11.29 per month for 4 months and you billed me 38.95 for ONE MONTH with a renewal to be billed 38.95 July 29! Refund my purchase and unsubscribe me! Additionally, your contact form send arrow is dead therefore I sent it via email. Please check your inbox!

I was not satisfied with this app and requested a refund multiple times since they have an « easy refund policy ». Well, it’s been multiple weeks and I never heard anything back. I just lost a lot of money for nothing. Horrible support

So many emails in many months to customers service, too many issues with my subscription this is too frustrating!

I do enjoy, hoping the portions could be more detailed Adding cups would be helpful I found that much easier with Noom when busy and trying to get all my numbers down

SCAM, I paid for a plan. ($12) AFTER PAYING FOR IT I WAS THEN bamboozled into paying more to actually get said plan. DO NOT IGNORE THESE REVIEWS. this app is a scam. no plan, no diet, just useless fluff unless you pay twice. Do-not-fall-for-it!!!!

I wish I can just give zero stars. The app keeps crashing on me. I sent an email requesting my refund like the mention to reach out. The person respond that my reason for requesting my refund is not good enough. And is telling me to do all these Willy nilky things which I’m confused and still won’t refund. Save your money and don’t bother with this. Trying to better my life not ad stress and frustration to it. Thanks for the no help and terrible customer service.

How is your total more than 4 stars if all your recent reviews are 1 star??? I feel your company are SCAMMERS taking advantage of people who are desperate to lose weight! I will call my credit card company to see if there is a way I can get a full refund of the money I paid you. I sent you an email requesting a refund (I CC'ed that email to myself to a different email address) and I intend to follow through. ***Your reply gives the impression that you are willing to "help me with a refund" but I was denied a refund by email. I made an official complain with Apple (I have a case ID), asking that your application be REMOVED from the App Store. They will look into how you were able to manipulate the ratings to get a total of 4.2 when ALL but 1 of your reviews are 1 star (and would be 0 starts if that was an option) and call out your company for what you are: SCAMMERS. Your EXTREMELY lengthy questionnaire gave me the false impression I was going to receive individualized help to lose weight based on my answers but your application is no different from all the other calorie counting apps. I called my bank today to let them about your refusal to refund me and your confirmation that the auto-renew had been cancelled. I'll pay close attention to make sure you don't charge ANYTHING ELSE on my VISA card, but if you do there are going to be legal consequences and I will involve the authorities/the police, too.***
