SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

NO CANCEL BUTTON IN APP/ WEBSITE

Be aware of the app as there is no button to cancel subscription/ access to the website - the guide show in page is inaccessible.

CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE

This apps totally ignore you when you want to unsubscribe, even if you delete the apps, the subscription still going on. The customer service ignore my email 3 times already. This is beyond frustrating.

ALERT

Not worth to subscribe , make sure unsubscribed it or not you will be billed automatically. UNSUBSCRIBE must be done thru their webpage and can’t be done thru app.

Scam app

Non responsive when send email to them to stop subscription. Expensive app just to count calories which is not accurate. And I was continuously charged for a subscription that I have opted out for too.

STORE REVIEW: NO RESPONSE ON EMAILS

I sent 4 emails to cancel subscription but no response at all. They are still trying to charge my card even after so many email notifications

They wont refund you back

Was skeptical but go with it still. Turns out it was no better. You can get what they offer in MyFitnessPal FOR FREE. They wont refund and offer a one year access instead?? No value at all.

Be careful

I wanted to opt out the moment I downloaded this app. You pay a hefty amount of money just to calculate calories, and all the other features they market are add-ons. I've been sending emails to delete my subscription, but no one has responded. Today, they withdrew $30 from my account again for the monthly subscription. Very disappointing experience.

Still unable to cancel subscription

Email sent but with no responses. Tried many times to unsubscribe but failed and they keep charging the user. This app is a real scammer.

Already subscribe but cant use apps.

I dont know how to reach for the customer support. I cant use this apps. Each time i open it, it ask me to subsribe their plan. Even i already subscribe they still want me to subscribe.

Be aware when cancel subscription

An Alert for those wanna download, even it stated on Q&As part that they will assist for refund after cancel subscription, but NO ONE REPLY ON THE EMAIL, even few follow ups email sent to them, but zero reply , ZERO! They accept email for cancellation only. An email without responding from them is just a trash, I think. BE AWARE. And I recommend you to take other app with higher transparency. Updates: After this, they still required me for ANOTHER e-mail. Great job for delayed & dragging the issue👍🏻
