The App is definitely WIP, you can look at cinema’s to see what is on but there is no information about the film. You can look at movies to see what they are about but there is no information about where they are on. Unless you search continuously between these two app features to tie them together. It would be so much better if you didn’t have to manually search like this and and movie info was available by clicking on the movie in the cinemas section and for cinemas by clicking within the movie section. Or you could click on a movie to see when / if it would actually be on at your local cinema.

Picturehouse cinema I enjoy. But their app- or website no. It is so hard to navigate. Makes everything laborious.

STILL CANT BOOK Member free tickets. Seriously what’s the point. It can’t be this hard to fix it and not a single response from the developers - hint there a button allowing you to reply to review, so how about using it?

It’s the most frustrating app I have ever used Just terrible Always takes an age to work out what’s on, where and when You should have a look at Lewes Depot app to appreciate a very good cinema app

Can’t add tickets to apple Wallet anymore. Sad.

For some daft reason this is no longer possible. Therefore you need to create a calendar event to remind yourself. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK.

I have given it 2 stars as it’s easy to find what’s ok and when, the qr code is really useful. However, the main function which is to (checks notes) book tickets basically never works. It does the spinning wheel of death forever, or the payment options won’t load, or there’s just a ‘something went wrong’ message. It’s so frustrating as the MAIN reason I want to use the app is to actually be able to see a film. Because it’s a cinema & that’s the main premise. Please please make this better!

Gave up trying to use - will stick with Vue instead

Great cinemas but the App is terrible. Please put some effort in to refining what could and should be a user friendly simple tool!

The app works but is not very good. Buy a ticket at the box office and it does not appear on the app. The “coming soon” section has major problems, because the “from” date is for all cinemas, not the one you have selected. The film may not be showing on the given date or even at all, but you have to drill down to find that out.
