App not opens quickly and not able to connect the printer properly. Is there any alternative alternative application to take a print ?very worst experience on new update. Developer need to give response and no support for this application.

Newest updates changed the app to barely work and it requires tons of extra work to print a label that used to be very simple.

This app is stealing your personal data (name, phone number, contacts, even your location). A label maker does not need this kind of information. Has it ever occurred to you why the physical product is so inexpensive? It’s because they are selling your data or working for the communist Chinese government. Do not install this app. It is spyware.

The app is great until it doesn’t want to start up. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and it never opens right.

I love the way that you can pick different designs for the border also like how you can change the font sizes and sizes . Just an overall good

I’ve printed a couple of labels on the D30 printer and the print is crisp and very legible, even at the smallest type size. After the printer “sensed” the label size and I printed a label, I couldn’t tear the label and backing without pulling another label partially out and holding on both sides of the perforation. Even then, it did not tear along the perforation. Finally, when selecting a label size in the app, they were listed in inches and decimals. Even after converting to inches and fractions or to mm, none of the sizes in the app matched the sizes of the labels that came with the printer. I had to use the closest size and then guess where to place text on the label. The list of sizes in the app should match actual label sizes from Phomemo. There should also be an option to input a custom size.

Great printer fast and efficient

Second time this application has corrupted my files. It has corrupted my phone's files. I try to open files and the application opens. Infuriating. Another review. In my apple files I am trying to open one of my PERSONAL FILES and it just leads to this app. I CANNOT READ MY OWN FILES UNLESS I DELETE THIS APOLICATION. Um SPYWARE?

I initially bought this about a year ago. I used it throughout the year, but haven’t since the spring 2024. I went to use it today Jan 2025 and it keeps indicating “Label paper abnormal Please pull the paper to the outside of the paper outlet”. I did this over and followed all the steps, checked if the app had an update, cleaned the heads. Did this all afternoon and nothing improved. Removed the app and downloaded it again, still nothing. I bet the app does not work with the Apple iPhone 15 as well as the newer hardware version. That’s the only thing I can think of. I have many rolls of labels and a useless label maker. It will meet my trash can soon and I will not be purchasing this brand from here on out.

Love it! I have 5 Phomemos. But I don’t understand why if you have to buy it by mm measurements then why is the app now show inches only to select your label size. It didn’t used to be that way. Now I have to stop and calculate and convert the sizes. It would make it easier to show both inches and mm in Amazon listings and in app. Then everyone is covered.
