لم اعد استطيع الاتصال بالطابعة عبر البلوتوث وجربت الاتصال من هاتف اخر دون فائدة وجربت طابعة اخرى دون فائدة مافائدة هذه الطابعة دون اتصال بلوتوث بها والعمل عليها عبر تطبيق Print master اصلحو الخلل !

I tried this printer 3 time and it was great experience .. but now it doesn’t work the app is really bad take so much time to just find the font and icons after all that time wating : “ nothing found here “ !, can you imagine that i waited to 40 minutes for just 1 label in the end I can’t print it because “haven’t found your printer”, l’m so mad I recommended this printer to my family and friends and also i bought new one 😃💔

I have a good and a helpful suggestion. Can you make in the app a way that i can make like a file to put all the same things and not distributed with others Like a file to put all kitchen thing to get easily to it and file for laundry things extc...

Newest updates changed the app to barely work and it requires tons of extra work to print a label that used to be very simple.

This app is stealing your personal data (name, phone number, contacts, even your location). A label maker does not need this kind of information. Has it ever occurred to you why the physical product is so inexpensive? It’s because they are selling your data or working for the communist Chinese government. Do not install this app. It is spyware.
