Print Master

I was skeptical about getting a thermal printer but I bought one to help make labels for my soaps and bath and body products a quick, easy, and less expensive process. I had been buying partially printed labels (with my logo only, then printed product information on them at home) from an online site and costs were becoming ridiculous. And replacing ink was getting too costly, too. Not to mention all the extra time it took my husband to create the labels for me. He has more patience than I when it comes to that end of things. I wanted to be more cost conscious, efficient and wanted to stop bothering my husband to create labels for me, so I started looking around for a thermal printer that I could use myself. I saw the handheld sized M110 thermal printer on (Temu) and decided to give it a try. I love it. I keep the it in my soap shop right near my work space so when I’m done filling containers, I can quickly create labels and pop them onto my products before putting them on my stock shelves. I like the variety of shapes, sizes and colors of the label paper that is available for this model. They fit all my product containers nicely, from the little 30x30mm round labels for my lip balm tins, to the 70x80mm rectangle labels for my candle jars. I also bought the M220 (slightly larger thermal printer) to create labels for larger product containers and to label my bulk supplies. The Print Master app has a lot of cute graphics, a ton of different fonts and the ability to upload (b&w) photos to use on my labels. The only downside, for me (and it’s totally minor) is, I would love to be able to print in at least one other color besides black, but because I like a very simple look to my product labels, the black on white labels works nicely. I can easily buy more label printer paper from the Print Master app, Temu, or Amazon, whichever has a good sale going. I have been using this app for well over a year with no issues. Starting this week it crashes every few minutes. I’m labeling hundreds of items and it’s making it super frustrating to use. I hope the problem is fixed soon!

When I first got my printer and started with the app it was great. Would have recommended it to anyone. Then there was an update for my phone and everything went downhill from there. Nothing seems to work - created an account but can’t get in half the time. Saved my labels but again it’s a 50/50 shot if they actually saved. Beyond frustrating.

When I choose template “ nothing shows” how can that be corrected?

This is by far one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Love everything about this little printer.

This printer is the best , you can do many things for your business and create it

Labels are expensive and lately I keep getting rolls that won’t peel off without immense frustration If this keeps up I’m throwing the whole thing away I don’t have time for labels that won’t peel They also fade really fast incase you want to use them for any length of time on products

Once you get the hang of it. It’s simple and easy to make quick labels
