Sorry, but no trial period?

One of the most expensive ADHD-related apps I’ve encountered. The features are very limited and the ‘therapy’ is a lesson you have to read every day containing information that seriously needs to be updated. There are better apps on the market for less.

They say, “Free with in-store purchases.” That’s not true. You can sign up for a short “free” trial. There’s NOT a free version of the app. Once your short trial is completed they will auto-bill you OUTSIDE of the Apple Store. Do not pay via their website or give them payment info. Your “subscription” doesn’t show in Apple Subscriptions. You must hunt them down to ensure you’re cancelled. For an app that’s supposed to help people with ADHD and/or procrastination, the auto-bill for the app takes advantage of the very people it alleges to help. The app requires a lot of reading and writing. It’s time consuming. It won’t magically help you. It’s hard to keep up with their program unless you already do NOT have ADHD. I hadn’t used it in over a year. It didn’t show as an Apple Subscription, I checked my Apple Subscriptions within the past month. This app wasn’t there, so it didn’t occur to me that I was still subscribed… until it billed me … again.

This app doesn’t do subscriptions through the App Store. I wrote in to cancel because they never notified me about a renewal. I originally thought it would be in my subscriptions under my iCloud account so I didn’t think about it. I got surprised by the renewal. The day the transaction was pending I sent an email and they said you have to write in THREE DAYS before the renewal. The best they’ll do is a 25% refund. Definitely contacting my bank on this one. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Read super carefully, this app was billing me for years. They are only ever willing to refund 25% of the last subscription. $240 down the drain; absolutely terrible customer service. App is faulty, and preys on people who want to better their lives.

ZERO stars for these thieves. They automatically renewed by subscription even after canceling it. I did not use this crappy app for even a week. It’s that bad.

Even if you cancel they will still charge you. If you delete your account they will still retain your payment info and can keep charging! They state it in their terms. Sensa has tricky language that makes it impossible to sue them. Do not even do a trial!

This app doesn’t do much other than give you a list of to do’s which just adds to procrastination and overwhelm. Track the date of renewal. You must cancel 48 hours before they bill you again. They don’t notify you of the charge at any point. It’s all on you. They have no refund policy if you cancel even one day past when they process the payment. I’m firmly putting this in scam/no help territory. It’s a money grab and the only thing the app offers are tracking and journaling prompts with 8,000 notifications of what you set up that are meaningless and cause overwhelm. Save your money for a therapist.

I did not authorize this purchase, I don’t have the app, and these thieves refuse to return my money. I would’ve left zero stars, but that wasn’t an option.
