Make it Past delivery to avoid complain from client

The app is always freezing. I’ve got a voucher received after purchasing a TV but store and online don’t accept it.

I ordered last Nov. 15 14 pro max in the system its available then right after my check out they sent me that they will delivered the item 6-8weeks! How come? That is too much time of waiting even its paid already! Then i cancelled right away my transaction with them then they tell me that i need to wait for 24-48 hours working days for cancellation request then after 2days i need to wait again for 7-14 working days for a “REFUND” like how come? Do your customer need to wait for a long time? For our own money? Lol. This is unbelievable and too much. You accept my money only seconds then till now 8days still not refunded my money in my bank account! You should change ur processing time! Its my own money i dont need to make a please just to expedite my refund you should make your customer happy! Not customer upset! Ok! Refund my money immediately i dont want to waste my time! Its my own money! Ok!

Hoping to accept also debit card with post pay.

I will not buy again in your app. I ordered watch which is available on their app. I paid for it then after 2 days they cancelled it. And then they will refund my money within 2weeks? Don’t post things that is not available on your app and take money without any in return.

They will charged for one time payment stating that you can now make an installment plan but when bank sent the statement its not installment and its the whole amount plus the onetime payment made
