The app comes as a surprise - surprisingly enjoyable! Informations and details are specific. Flexible and applicable to other sharaf DG on other countries. Pages are attractive and for all ages. My favorite part would be the barcode scan option which is quite cool as a feature. Try it to know more! Sidenote: hope 3rd party ads won't eat up all the sharaf ads.

Guys, don’t believe that they they have immediate delivery if u opted for store pick up, I placed the order cause of the immediate delivery, when i called them they told me the item is not available and we have no stock, its been a day now and i am chasing them however its useless call center and whatsapp chat .

Very bad customer service and handling of the complaint. It was not professional. They sent a technician to deliver an electric cooker, and he installed it himself, even though Sharaf DG does not offer installation services. He installed it incorrectly, which caused the electricity breaker to go off in my apartment when I used the item. Thankfully, the socket did not burn, and nothing else happened to me. Sharaf DG hires uncertified people to install cookers, and the technician installed a plug without my permission.
