Друзья. Никогда в жизни даже не думайте воспользоваться этим сервисом. Вместо крутых выходных мы пол дня пытались вернуть этот проклятый автомобиль обратно. Хотели доехать из аэропорта в город а оказалось что вернуть машину можно ТОЛЬКО В АЭРОПОРТУ. Вопрос зачем нужен такой каршеринг?! Что бы покататься вокруг аэропорта? Бред………………………..

The app lets you book a car that hasn’t been returned by the previous user. So you could spend forever looking for the car. And then you write to support and theyl call you back after 15-20 mins and all the while you’ll be stuck on the road. And the refund will take 10 to 14 days for something that is completely out of your control. Would not recommend especially if your in a hurry.

I have tried multiple times to upload the documents but system keeps rejecting them for no reason. There is no way you can get any support, phone line is non existent so does the so called live chat where stupid AI is absolutely useless and no way you can get human being helping you.

They need IDP even though you are holding DL

Horrible app they will block you without any reason just because they dont want to give referral horrible app never use it its fraud they have blocked me for no reason

International driver’s license not accepted but option there idk for what purpose or any specific country like USA UK.

So far all good and nice ux. The app is a saver. One thing # Ended booking is not showing for me after last update. Updated review . Customer service is not working at all. Poor response.

I am using iPhone 13 pro. The app has soo many bugs.! When I try to submit fuel reimbursement the app whites out , when I try to chat with customer service and the app abruptly quits. I raised this with customer service during feedback call but still not resolved. Extremely frustrating to use the app.

The new look it’s way better then previous one.

I booked 6 seater car and suddenly change my booking to 4 seater car. I have to book grab car and went to destination. It took about 30 minutes, affect all my planning. And I want to return the car, it shows error and I request car collection also cannot. At the end I parked at Socar parking zone, it stills cannot return the car.
