Друзья. Никогда в жизни даже не думайте воспользоваться этим сервисом. Вместо крутых выходных мы пол дня пытались вернуть этот проклятый автомобиль обратно. Хотели доехать из аэропорта в город а оказалось что вернуть машину можно ТОЛЬКО В АЭРОПОРТУ. Вопрос зачем нужен такой каршеринг?! Что бы покататься вокруг аэропорта? Бред………………………..

The app lets you book a car that hasn’t been returned by the previous user. So you could spend forever looking for the car. And then you write to support and theyl call you back after 15-20 mins and all the while you’ll be stuck on the road. And the refund will take 10 to 14 days for something that is completely out of your control. Would not recommend especially if your in a hurry.

I have tried multiple times to upload the documents but system keeps rejecting them for no reason. There is no way you can get any support, phone line is non existent so does the so called live chat where stupid AI is absolutely useless and no way you can get human being helping you.

Terrible customer service, they can’t help you with anything. Just always say they are referring you to their team working on it but takes forever. Do not use if you’re traveling, they take forever to verify you and are super inefficient. The customer service just uses a script in responding to you and lie about escalating things for you.

Tried different numbers to get the otp but still nothing, how can i sign up dude. Useless app

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE SERVICE!!! Deserve no stars at all! The cars were filthy. -First car: with leftover McDonald’s iced drink in the cup holder, fries (crumbs), dirty carpets, MCD receipts, etc. On top of that, it was a faulty car due to broken horn… -Second car: Saw a baby cockroach, used tissues left in the car… Poor Customer Service and No Communication within the Organization! I reported and provided all the documentation on April 17 and until today, my case has not been completely resolved. I had to chase them for my monies which they promised to be refunded per the phone conversation dated 17 April 2022. I had to keep repeating my complaint and provided the documents over and over again to their live chat agents every time I spoke to them, as though the matter was a new complaint. I could literally write a book on this. For those who want to know more about my experience, please feel free to reach out to me. Based on the experience that I am going through now, like I said, think twice before you purchase their service.

Apps too slow not stable also. Sms confirmation not working, apps processing very very slow.

After weeks with live chat agent, still no refund on my 250RM gas refund. They continue to say they will elevate, but nothing ever happens and we’re back to square one. If your a foreigner without a local bank account, don’t expect to get your gas reimbursements. Also, book cars that have a full tank, most of the cars will have empty gas tanks because no one wants to deal with the gas reimbursements.
