StockX Shop Sneakers & Apparel

It’s already more than 2 months that I am waiting for my order. The item is not shipped and the status is still ‘on the way to stockx’ in my account. no communication from the app, no refund… nothing!!! I wrote to the cs 100s time, got one message only and they disappeared. So the app stole my ~$100 and they refuse to explain the situation!!!! Don’t use this app if you don’ want to lose your money!

This is a scam app. They debited money from my card and tried for 10 days to get my money back. At first they told me that there would be a refund within 24 hours, then that from 1 to 5 days, and then when this period had already ended, they told me from 5 to seven days and they stopped responding to messages altogether. With great difficulty I was able to get my money back only through my bank. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this app.

its the worst app that i have ever used! i did an order, after 1 month they told me that my order was lost, and after 2 week i hardly get my money back

They do not update the status of my purchase for over 2 weeks and I was not able to contact them in any ways.

stockx waiting until the last minute to tell me the seller wouldn’t be shipping me my shirt , that’s unacceptable i ordered my shoes and shirt at the same time and needed them both for an photo shoot , i received my shoes and im still waiting on my shirt .

Told me that I had a 10 coupon I could redeem now and didn’t allow me to and then it refreshed and coupon fine. Very disappointed

I’ve been using stockx for a while, and every thing I’ve gotten has been in amazing condition and most importantly…REAL!!🤩 A lot of people thing stockx sells fake, but THATS CAP! Stockx is so Skibidi and its organized so well. Over all, i thing STOCKX is so Skibidi and the best place to buy shoes, clothes, etc…
