Poor customer service
StockX sent me the wrong shoe color twice (I doubt their verifying skills before shipping). Customer service keeps sending generic messages instead of actually trying to understand and solve the issue. A total waste of time
Following sneaker data lost
Used to use StockX to track sneakers and keep them in view using the “follows” but now they’ve made it favourites and it keeps crashing my app
App down
I can’t log in using google, Facebook or Apple at all. Keep popping up message that something is wrong… Even when I tried ‘forgot password’, no email is sent to me.
Great app, just need to allow flexibility to select time of delivery

Shocking customer service no way of getting hold of anyone after purchase, I press view my order and it shows not yours never again

Ordered over a week ago and seller has still not shipped my purchase.

downloaded it with no prior knowledge to this app~ didn’t even know it existed but when i used it i realised how easy and efficient the UI is.. bought two pairs of shoes (limited pairs) on the same day i downloaded the app~ can’t wait to explore into the app and buy more exclusive items :)
