Swapfiets

I wanted to return bike and asked for service car of Swapfiets to come. They didn’t come and said that they called by phone and in the door bell, but that was a lie, since I was at home. Moreover, they charged me 20 euro for so called idle ride of their car. The support wanted only those 20 euro and nothing else, no help or proper check of the situation. Scammers.

The UX is awful! You ho through these forms hell and after this all you get a message that your account already exists. And you can recover it only with a call to the support! This is crazy. Setting sensitive info on the last step which can fail and ruin 10 min of filling the previous forms makes me mad.

I issued a new card and they were not able to charge me anymore. To went through hell UX wise to link a new card and change my payment details. I was able to do so only on desktop device and spent few hours on this. But!!! I still can’t pay the outstanding amount, I have reoccurring issue with buckaroo ( the service that they use for payments), it simply rejects my card with no reason

Bikes are awful service is worst! App is useless definitely do not recommend to use the company!!! Only disappointment!

I downloaded the app to my iPhone 13 and it crashes as soon as it opens.

Living next to Olympic Stadium and still outside service area. Making an appointment for the shop next to my house is possible, but I have to wait 4 days to go there. Great concept, when it would actually work.

Swapfiets has no time to service your bike. If it breaks you'll be waiting a week before it's fixed

My bike is now broken for a month and noone is coming to fix. I book appointments (earliest in two weeks) but they just call you at the location (with no pre information) and If you miss the call they just leave (happened to me twice, called back 5 mins later). If you cannot have this service then whats the point in paying Swapfiets?!

Failed to deliver my bike. Suggested another delivery time in 4 days!!!! To pick up myself I have to make an appointment through the app but it crashes 1 second after I launch it
